I have eleven years teaching experience, 1 year internship and 1 year experience as a counsellor in Christ. I have recently done 3 months of Crisis Counseling with the official helpline of Delhi Govt.

Trained certification in CBT, NLP, Expressive Art therapy, REBT, Mindfulness meditation, Suicide prevention gatekeepers training,Emotional Freedom Techniques, Family and Couples Therapy.
