I am a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with 9 years of work experience in the field of mental health. I have worked with Children, Adolescents and Adults, counselling them regarding various mental health problems. I am also attached to a Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Kalyan, Mumbai. I have always been passionate about spreading mental health awareness and helping people understand mental health issues. I would like to do the same on this platform.

I have completed a diploma course in Art Based therapy, a Marriage Counselling course and a course on sex education. Apart from these courses I have also attended a lot of seminars and workshops to help increase my knowledge in the field of mental health
